Bobby and Tyler were responsible for every aspect of the company and projects, from setting the investment strategy to execution of projects including the capitalization, design, construction, leasing and disposition to asset management, and financial reporting. Blue Yonder represents the continuation of that successful partnership.

Bobby Dillard is the Co-Founder & CEO for Blue Yonder Property Group, a real estate development and investment firm established in 2023. Blue Yonder is the next act for the real estate development and investment duo of Bobby Dillard and Tyler Buckler. After twelve fruitful years spearheading the vision of Cielo Property Group as CEO, Bobby is charging forward with his high energy and relentless commitment to excellence as he continues his passion for real estate. His style of leadership and energy is contagious. Bobby sets the energetic bar for the organization and brings an intensity and electric enthusiasm to everything he does. He is a thoughtful trailblazer, and his insatiable curiosity for possibility is what drives Blue Yonder to forge new paths and continuously create unique projects that are thoughtful, impactful and positively disruptive.
Bobby has spent his entire career in real estate investment and development. His experience is all-encompassing: from site selection and entitlements through lease-up, completion, and sale. In his tenure, Bobby has been integrally involved in the acquisition and development of 35+ projects totaling 5 million square feet.
Bobby is a rare Austin native, he graduated from Westlake High School and earned his BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Executive Council for McCombs Real Estate Center and Urban Land Institute – UDMUC Gold Council.
Tyler keeps Blue Yonder on track, managing our asset vision and implementation strategies. He sees the big picture and all the details, developing solid business plans and creating innovative execution strategies as well as monitoring deal sourcing, underwriting, and closings. Tyler also rallies the Blue Yonder team as our head of personnel management and goal setting.
Tyler has spent his entire career in real estate, starting in project leasing and brokerage before gaining multi-faceted experience in office, retail, multi-family, and hotel projects. Most recently, Tyler was Director of Investments and Principal at Cielo Property Group, where he led the development teams on some of the company’s most successful projects including Third + Shoal, Foundry I, Foundry II, and 220 S Congress.
After growing up in a small Texas town mostly populated by cattle, Tyler moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas at Austin where he received a BBA in Finance. He is an active member of the Associate Council for McCombs Real Estate Center and the Urban Land Institute, and he sits on the board of the Downtown Austin Alliance.
